Today is Good Friday! This day is marked in history as the fateful day Jesus died while hung to a cross with nails pierced through his hands and feet. Jesus had been on the cross from approximately 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M., a total of six hours. He suffered greatly up on that cross in a very slow but painful means to death. He died for our sins so that we will all be saved and have eternal life. Let’s take some time today to reflect on the true meaning of his crucifixion and the gift he gave to all of us Christians!
