So I decided to try the silk rods because my hair is getting fried from using the hot curling iron all these years. I do love the volume the silk rods create! You roll them and can sleep on them overnight! It's an alternate to heat and I like the convenience of it. I recommend using a silk scarf to wrap after you roll and secure them in place by twisting the ends of rod to face each other. You can also double up the rods for a larger curl!
